At the end of last term we did our case study. Our class did China.

Question I'm asking is, is the case study assessable in the external exams? People would have been doing vastly different case studies and it would be worrisome to mark, I mean teachers aren't exactly experts on every country are they?

It's not that hard. The essay just shows you off, in terms of your understanding on the impact which is basically theory + a few stats. What about the Eng teachers who mark about a billion different texts in an exam... not to mention related texts?

Yes, its assessable - and has been assessed - in the HSC.
