Centrelink - Account Locked (1 Viewer)

I tried to upgrade my access level online and for some reason i kept getting "Insufficient info" error when i filled in every box.

Now when i try to logon it says "your account has been locked".

Anyone know how long you are locked for? I'll probably pop down to centrelink centre tomorrow to check anyways.

You wouldn't have been able to upgrade it if you're not already getting centrelink, why were you trying? You just use it to apply until you get accepted.

Because i wanted to check if they sent anything to my "online letters" as i went in to see centrelink today to see when i will start receieving my YA as i applied 3 weeks ago.
He said my first payment will be made tomorrow and only reason its taken this long was because i didn't provide my bank details when i registered and i never got an email saying that my YA was approved and that they needed my details.
I have yet to recieve an email but nonetheless, I will pay anotehr visit tomororw.
