Also having trouble finding advantages and disadvantages of producing aluminium
You will have to get used to, researching things yourself.
Advantages:
  • Aluminium (Al) is a metal with extreamly good resistance to corrosion
  • Al is useful in the production of alloys where it can influence resistance to corrosion.
  • Good electrical conductivity.
Disadvantages:
  • Alot of electrical energy is required to extract aluminium from its ore, via electrolysis.

Thats all i can think of right now, but try not to get too reliant on other people!
Hope It helps.

this is not realli a disadvantage of producing al.. but u can add that it would be better to recycle it, then produce it as it only needs 1/5 of its energy to re mold it
