this means that the calculated value is lower than should be right

Depends on what the error is & where it occurred. For rinsing the burette with deionised water, the titrant we place in there will be diluted, thus it will have a lower concentration than expected. Thus, more of it will be required to neutralise the titrand, resulting in the tiratnd's calculated concentration being higher than in reality.

u dont need to do saponification, polymers try the 2019 additional questions if u haven't already they make u write a 7ish marker and their sample ans is half decent
