Yeah probably 3. would be 4 for getting the first two correct but -1 for swapping the halide. Did you write anything about E or what it can/cant be? bc that will sometimes get you an extra mark

I only said that it goes through reflux and is the products of an alcohol and carboxylic acid which is esterification so E is an ester and then I ran out of time.

I think that would be 1 more mark, and if you explain what the numbers in the h nmr just meant than that would have been another mark. So probs 4/7

No you just had to calculate their pH by plugging in the numbers. But since it wan't equal to that 1.151 or whatever it was, it can't be a strong acid and doesn't fully ionise. Btw which one was stronger?

light work. yeah iodic acid was the stronger one (the 0.1 molL-1 one) since you need less of it to obtain the same pH as the sulfamic acid

i thought it depends on ur whole hsc mark, which includes internals- otherwise wouldnt there be like 50-60 ppl all tied on 100 for chem/mx1/mx2?
