Can hydrogen bonding and dispersion forces coexist between two molecules?

By the way, do dispersion forces only exist in non polar molecules or covalent bonded molecules? Or any molecules?

Yes, hydrogen bonding and dispersion forces can coexist in a molecule, e.g. water molecule. Dispersion forces actually exist in all types of molecules. It is important to remember that dispersion forces are intermolecular forces(force between molecules) and distinguish it from intramolecular forces(forces within molecule)e.g. covalent bonding.

Nice. So for a question like : what intermolecular force is present between molecules of H20? The answer dispersion forces and hydrogen bonding would be correct?

Water also have dipole-dipole forces besides dispersion and hydrogen bonding.
