I have a fast metabolism and I've managed to go from 57.5 kg to 61 kg average. Dunno how, but I'm attributing it to the pushups I do now and then, even if that isn't what's making me have the extra weight.

Alot of Asians have fast metabolisms. If that's the case, you'll find yourself hard pressed to gain weight regardless of how much you eat.

Personally, I love my slow metabolism. Very easy to gain muscle (65kg -> 80kg). Of course there are downfalls, and that you gotta watch what you eat or else you'll become super fat too.
