Hey everyone,

My teacher has given us a whooole heap of questions using ω=theta/time (theta = angle travelled in radians, ω = angular velocity, t = time), and I was going through my textbook and physics formula sheet for the HSC and there is no reference to radians or ω=theta/time, but only v=ωr.
But, I had a look and it is NOT used in any worked examples in my textbook, or the formula sheet, or the 2015 HSC Physics paper for the circular motion question.

So, for all those that have covered this, do I actually need to know these formulas, radians, and questions applying the formulas above for any circular motion questions in the HSC? o_O

Thankyou!

Its not mandatory but its interesting to know tho! Like some extra formulas can help you easily re-check your answer such as the range=(u^2sin(2x))/g
but its not in the syllabus.

So there'll be no questions where I have to calculate angular speed?
