Did any of you do CHEM1011 ? Im not doing chemistry in years 11/12... It says assumed knowledge for that subject is "basic chemistry" and that well learn about elements and atomic structure and whatever in that subject. Do you guys think someone with little knowledge about chemistry could pass CHEM1011 with a bit of work?
yeah you'll probably have to take a bridging course before taking the chem subject.

I was in the same position as you... Never did chemistry and absolutely hated it...
I put minimal effort up until exam time that is and managed 2 get a Pass for it :p
If your looking for something better then I suggest that you do take the bridging course, I know I should have :p

oh yeah wam boosters that's for sure.

but i'm thinking about doing a language cause i think it'd be a whole lot more interesting than doing some business/economic garbage....but languages can generally be hard and i know business is easy...tres hard choice

well for our future if we were able to add other language skills in our CV, it might be more helpful for some application;)

arghhhhhhh

do you know what really sux?
that there's not enough movement in the timetable for people who either have failed (or never taken the subject) so they can repeat subjects AND take more subjects and NOT have any clashes.

pissed off because i can't do all the subjects that actually sound pretty good without having clashes. fark. and this will just lead to me being put back ANOTHER year.

i hope your dudes' timetables are a whole lot better than mine.
