apparently because you guys are doing year 12/university level maths in year 8? like, no offence, but that sounds torturous - y'all are doing proofs I see in my trials exams
unless you're one of the kids they're egging towards maths olympiads?

Nah he's just posting this for our reactions lol. Year 8 kids only learn Pythagoras's Theorem and the easy geometry stuff.

Mate, all schools follow a single syllabus under NESA regardless of whether they are selective, catholic, private etc.. Sure you might learn a little extra but not at this level.
