I'm switching to CLAW1001 as of tomorrow, so my Blackboard hasn't been updated yet.

Could anybody tell me what edition of the textbook we need, and which chapters I should read to catch up?

I don't think there is any reading to be done? None that I can re-call. You might wanna make some friends in your tute and ask about previous lectures though, they have been rather informative.

Ergh, Blackboard still hasn't updated. Would somebody be kind enough to post up the 2008 UoS (so I can get the exam/assessment dates) and give me Giuseppe's consultation times?

I'd assume there'd be a ton of reading to do. I will be very cranky if we don't use those massive, expensive books.

from memory, the first 6 chapters or so aren't examinable. Which pissed me off because I made super detailed summaries on them.
