This is a little late but... I've done both and I like proed much more than cognito. I think it mainly comes down to the lesson content and detail, since proed lessons are 3 hrs long and cognito is 2 hrs long.
Proed just goes through stuff better and in more detail, doing more exam style questions with you. Their homework is also a bit longer and personally, with better explanations. Some proed classes can be a bit dead if your class is quiet since their classes are usually under 5 people or so whereas cognito is up to 9, but it is easy to switch classes.
Also cognito videos only give you theory whereas proed has videos of lessons that cover everything they do in class which is helpful for catching up if you're away (though the videos have a limited viewing time of around 2-3 weeks I think).
anyways I wish I never gone to cognito because I kind of wasted a term
