Well, in almost all the exams so far, most of my year have left the exam with 1-2hours to spare.

How will this affect my mark (in terms of moderation for internals)

Will their mark still count?

Well if they did crap and they left this will affect your mark if your rank is anything but 1st. And of course their mark will count..
