commerce/engineering at UOW or civil at USYD??? (1 Viewer)

ok i wanna do engineering and commerce but i didnt really get a good uai, so either a double at uow or a single at usyd.
The civil engineering at Usyd is just gonna be the plain civil engineering degree and i am hoping to be able to transfer into the structural specialisation in the second year or so. With that i hope to also pick up commerce as a double degree.
If that fails i just do the civil degree and a post grad in commerce at usyd.

THis is gonna be very hard, so should i just go for UOW and forget about all the hassle that will occur when i go to usyd?

the cut-off at uow is only 80.

id reccomend the double degree

I wanted to do Aero/Comm @ Usyd but will more than likely miss the cutoff, so i'll do B Eng (Civil or Mech)/Comm @ UOW and then transfer. I think you should go to UOW because that way you get your B Eng/Comm without having to transfer. I guess where you live is a factor to. I'm sure going from North Sydney to Wollongong is a long commute.

Its my second preference with UAC. I want to transfer to B Eng (Aero)/Comm @ USyd after a year.
