Hey Guys,
I'm a 2017 HSC'er and have been thinking about what I want to do after school lately. I've mainly considered commerce at UNSW however I'm curious as to how hard the maths component is, say, for a finance major. I haven't done 2 unit maths at high school and thus have disregarded doing economics despite it being my favourite (and highest-performing) subject at high school. I'm willing to work quite hard to catch up on maths after year 12 but I'm simply not sure if I have the mathematical aptitude needed. I've also considered law but working in some sort of corporate investment company appeals to me much more than working in corporate law. So yeah how hards the maths? Thanks.
