how would you draw this?

arg(z-2/z+2i)= pi/4

i know the general shape but where does the angle go?

It's basically if the circle is a larger circle or a smaller circle. This is demonstrated through the angle.

I know what the shape of it is, it's a 3/4 circle but does it matter where you draw the angle pi/4 in (i.e. as in does it matter if i draw the angle in the first, second or third quadrant?)

The locus is a circle so its pi/4 around it's circumference so it doesn't matter
