Hey guys, obviously all the comps have been submitted as we are in the middle of exams. I'm sure everyone did really well and I thought it would be cool to post recordings here. I made mine with Sibelius and uploaded it to a myspace page here: www.myspace.com/briangolleyandthegamblers. It's called Rime, I did it for film, cheers.

Course: HSC Music 2 Core (Audition for Con)
Composition Period: Music of the Last 25 Years (Australian Focus) [sounds more impressionistic or somehing though]
What are you writing for? A Solo Piano
What are you thoughts? Kinda nice and everything but could've done more with it, doesn't matter though i'm satisfied enough with it.

What are you thoughts? Experimenting the various styles of Latin and Funk. My First (and Only for now) Big Jazz Work

What are you writing for? Flute, Clarinet, Vibraphone, Piano, Double Bass, Drum Kit
What are you thoughts? I like nice and happy, allowed me to explore the mixolydian mode and merge it with jazz

What are you writing for? Orchestra....can't be bothered to name all the instruments
