for the recent trials, i have a few questions which i was market incorrect and i feel that it is total bs.

in CSSA paper. the one about skills of management. i talked about having good communication skills then related to introductory sentence about the business and how employees are ressitent to change. so like i said help ressure and tokeep employees uptodate with info so their more informed therefore less resistent.

anyways i was marked with 0/2. the reason stated was not in syllabus. is this bs or wat?

Good communication skills isn't one of the answers, as it isnt in the syllabus. The eight skills of management are:

1. People Skills
2. Strategic Thinking
3. Vision
4. Flexibility and Adaptability to Change
5. Self-Managing
6. Teamwork
7. Complex Problem-Solving and Decision Making
8. Ethical and High Personal Standards

You would have to state one of these eight skills, and elaborate on it.

i swear there's more than just 8 skills.
but i guess communication would be part of say teamwork or people skills wouldnt it? coz u'd have to have communication to be able to have these.
i say its crap.
