Ok, so the only thing I'm confused about it how many ATP molecules are produced in the krebs cycle/citric acid cycle. The internet says heaps of things, one teacher says 34 and the other 32. Also, is the krebs cycle everything after glycolosis or just extravting the ATP from the pyruvate in the mitochondrial matrix and the hydrogen transport system (which I can't find online, only electron transport chain, was my teacher wrong again?)

to be honest, the amount varies because NADH & FADH2 which are produced in aerobic respiration are EQUIVALENT to certain amounts of ATP. ive seen sources that say they are worth 2.5 & 1.5 ATP respectively, some sources say something else. eitherway, since your teachers mark the exams, ask them what their accepted values are.

The theoretical value is 38. That means under ideal conditions that's how many would be produced. But if not ideal then it can be anything from 34-38. I would say in an exam that under ideal conditions the yield would be 38.

Kerbs cycle starts in the mitochondria, everything before that is glycolysis.
