What is the constrcution of hamlet?

What does this mean?

So the construction would be the way it is set out, obviously
Ie settings, sequence of Acts and what each represents (Conflict, Resolution, etc), characters, etc.

Construction = Structure, yes

Structure: the way in which events have been ordered..

Construction means its structure as someone has said. But that is only one element of its construction. Take a look at the language, concepts, plot and techniques which are used in Hamlets construction and how these ideas are used to construct the text. If that makes sense.
