hey, i'm doing this assignment ahead of schedule so i can get a head start on it.

however, im stumped on this one question as to what it actually means:

"Identify the conversion factor for electron volts (eV) to Joules (J)"

i know that the conversion of 1 electron volt to joules is :
1 eV = 1.6x10-19
yeah, but im not sure if i'm actually answering the question.

the part im not sure about is underlined. help is appreciated!!

It looks like you're on the right track, does it tell you how many marks it's worth?

Just so you know in case they ask you this later, an electron volt is defined as the kinetic energy an unbound electron gains when accelerated across a potential of 1 Volt in a vacuum.
