For those who have been to a cotton on group interview. What is it like? What is there to expect?

I have an interview for Cotton On at Novotel Olympic Park on Saturday.

I was also wondering if anyone has been to one, and if they have, if they could share their experiences.

That's the one I'm going to too except mine's on Friday.

I did last year
It's just maybe around... 20 to 30 people in a room, and the HR people get you to introduce yourself to your partner, introduce them to the group, and answer some silly question like, 'if you had a superpower, what would it be?' Something about what's important in a shop, why you want to work there. Then you watch the mind-numbing, brainwashing-style video and tramp outside, at which point they say yay or nay.
In our case, every one of us in the room got picked up

Also, I find it striking that everyone in this thread (with interviews) is female.

hey guys, i just got a call about the interview, and they ask em to go on the 7th sat November for Christmas casual, but im not sure about it, because it seems kinda far for me, if we get the job, do we work at Olympic park? or do they give us a cotton on shop which we applied for? and i am only 15, still going to school, just finishing off year 10 >< would i be too young, how old are all u guys?

The interview is only at Olympic Park. They would place you in the stores you've listed as preferences.

lOL i have one in the morning too, i thought it was weird why we going to olympic park for the interview, my friends had ther interview at chatswood and in the city but that was last year.

No! They tick your name off as you enter into the room.
They only offer interviews to people who've applied...duh.

I just googled "Novotel Cotton On" and it came up with this discussion xD I haven't been on this site for a long time since I finished school last year lol.... Anyways, I have an interview on Saturday at 11:30 am. I'm wondering how many people will be there and how many jobs they're giving out? hmmm well I hope the interview's as easy as it sounds!

one applicant was some 15 yr old dude who was a stunt double in X-Men Origins: Wolverine.
