Could I do Ext 2 English with these marks? (1 Viewer)

Alright, so I have asked something similar in the past about doing Extension 2 English but now i have some marks for you to decide whether I could/should do it.

So my Advanced English marks are:
14/15-93% rank 2/33
25/25-100% rank 1/33

My Ext 1 Marks are:
18/20- 90%
12/15-80% (I kind of bombed this one, it's very unlike me)
And I'm not quite sure of the ranks for these ones

Any help would be great, because our teacher says we should start thinking about it now. Thanks guys!

If you want to and you're good at writing aspect of English, then yes.

I'm thinking of picking Ext Eng 2 up too

You seem quite consistent with English Adv and I'm sure you'll be able to pick up your English Ext marks.

I think that you should pick up Ext 2 and if you find it too much work you can always drop it later. I think that it's also important that you enjoy the subject so you have some motivation to do it.

i think having self-motivation is one of the most important things for ext. 2 so if you have that you'll be fine

If you really love english and have a creative flair. Having said that you probably do given your great ranks. But do try to write a short story now and see how you like it.

Based on those marks, I believe you're quite capable of doing EX2.

I'm doing Ext2 with worse marks than yours lol

From talking to my brother and his friends who did Ext 2, many people get awesome Ext2 marks but not necessarily high Adv / Ext 1 marks, and vice versa. It's weird, like Ext2 English is a totally different set of skills compared to Adv and Ext 1.

Well, Extension 2 English is 100% creative and 0% analysis - unlike the EX1 and Advanced.
