I'd really like to do well and have been aiming for an ATAR of 85. I'd be over the moon if I got this

English Standard- 75/100
Legal Studies- 85/100
Information Processes and Technology- 93/100
Senior Science- 90/100
Studies of Religion I- 40/50
Visual Arts- 87/100

School Rank- 72

Hi, just giving the marks don't really mean anything. You need to provide ranks. What if the test was really easy and a mark of 75 was the lowest in the year? Provide ranks and you can get a much more accurate estimate

for me, to get an atar of 85 i would need at least 2 band 5's and for my other subjects, no less than a band 4. ( i do maths, bio, chem, eco and ext eng) so band 5's in bio and maths and the rest above 70 should secure min. 84 atar.
however, for u, just maintain the 90% marks in ipt and ss or make sure you get everything band 5's (which you are doing right now) and it wouldn't matter much if your std eng mark was in the band 4 range. you would easily get 85. plus your school rank helps a lot.
