felt. i just got over a bout of gastro only to be hit by this last strand of HSC induced illness. as a tip: if you know 100% you’re going to vomit, drink a ton of water so it’s more diluted and easier to throw up, but if youre feeling sick/nauseous take small sips of water and eat small meals so it’s easier to digest and less likely to make you throw up

hard as it is pls everyone try to take care of yourselves!!

(In all seriousness though, good luck everyone. I don't think the ole "your atar doesn't define you" thing is helpful at all....but, whatever may happen in about an hours time, there will be a point where whatever fear - or dread you feel will quieten down. Be it in a day, a few days, weeks, or months....this entire system isn't the best for our brains, equating worth or our future to a number on a document...its only human to feel that dread. Stay safe!! DRINK WATER!! THOUGH I AM A COMPLETE STRANGER TO YOU I AM VERY PROUD OF YOU AND ILY!! TREAT YOURSELF AFTER THIS!!!)
