Lately I've been wanting to get back on creatine after a while off. I've got a tub of musashi growling dog creatine which someone gave me ages ago and needless to say its pretty crap imo (doesn't mix well etc)

Can anyone suggest something decent that mixes well?

Thanks

Optimum nutrition Micronized creatine, get it off bodybuilding.com
either that or try some Gentec 320, or professional whey creapure creatine, always get creapure.

When taking creatine do you have to do serious weights/exercise each day, combined with a set meal plan?

Yes, otherwise you aren't really going to benefit from/see the results.

bahahahaahahahah jess that post made my day....

to answer the original question, i get all my supplements from Total Science at www.powerprotein.com.au...the owner of the company trains at my gym and is a national powerlifting champ....the protein powder tastes good and all the products have no fillers either so you get your moneys worth :)

there's a place in newcastle that sells supplements at wholesale price. I just bought 9kg of wpi mixed with heaps of thermogenics for $245. 9kg!

from memory 1kg of creatine is $45 which is pretty good considering you only need like a teaspoon or 2 per day.
