I had a conversation with a teacher who gave me advice on taking creatine before HSC/ during Yr12 for its cognitive functions. I have heard of the cognitive benefits of creatine before but never really thought much of it. Other than the benefits of working out, I'm wondering if taking creatine for the sole reason of its cognitive boosts is a good idea, or will it even make an impact?
