Criticism for a middle skilled guitarist (1 Viewer)

hey guys,
im starting to get my performance pieces together. topics i hav to fulfill include jazz, instrument and its rep, small ensemble and rock.

my pieces i hav chosen are:

• impulse by an endless sporadic
• say goodnight by bullet for my valentine
• til the end by the living end
• glow by alien ant farm

and i still need another few just incase they fall through. i hav chosen to do 4 performances.

just wondering whether you have any constructive criticism for me?

as you can see by my choices im not exactly the most skilled musician, but am still trying to impress.

I'm in the same boat as you
Doing Instrument and its rep. Rock, Pop, and Music of 20th and 21st Century.
And I'm also doing a Living End song, but All Torn Down.
Your line up sounds pretty good, the only real advice I've been given is do songs you like, and that are challenging but you can still pull off.

hey man, im doing guitar for perf as well, and a living end song (closing in). what jazz are you choosing? ive gotta do 6 pieces (cause ive gone all performance in mus 2 and ext), and ive thrown in a wes montgomery piece, whatve you got in mind?
