I did A for both family and shelter...you can apply morality and ethics to pretty much every piece of legislation, media report and case study - free marks.

damn ipt!
i had ipt just before legal, had ipt rolling through my head the ENTIRE time!
If I get above 60% it'll be a miracle, forgot case studies, media articles and even legistlation details argh!!!
and coz my class is behind we had to do BOTH the family essays instead of consumers, never again, it was bluddy aweful!
but alas, its over.

i feel your pain
except i was worrying about legal during IPT
and during IPT i was worrying about how much i screwed up IPT
[i walked out of IPT with over an hour 2 go!] :(
I didn't refer to any legislation in crime at all! But I managed to put in 2 cases thankfully.

Both family essays? That's psychotic - you'd pretty much have to write the same essay twice, swapping "morality and ethics" for "conflict and co-operation". Same cases. Same legislation. Same everything.

How did you find IPT?
I found the TPS question alright and Multimedia was fine, but i think some of the m/c was tricky, especially the one about queries. How did you go with the DB question?
I think i failed SECtion 2

Yeah...not fond of the multiple choice...hopefully 11/15 there at least.

I said education was a moral right, but I'm rethinking that and it might not be so correct.

That question with the band and the logo I put as Property Law, because I thought a logo, which is really intangible, would fall under intellectual property. A couple of friends tell me there was something about an "agreement" in the question though, so it might've been contract law?
I said the same as you...

Education= Moral right
Band Question= Property law

Anyone know whether that was right or not?

this doesnt look too good for multiple choice for me then :(
i put education as civil and political right, but i know thats wrong now
i just checked textbook and my notes and ive got education as an economic social and cultural right...did anyone get that?
i put contract law for the band.

Yeah, just checked the textbook. According to the UDHR, education is an economic, social and cultural right :(.

Still not sure about that logo question though.

I wasnt that confident with the multi-choice, but lets face it, the essays were simple, it would be easy to cement at least 23/25 there

The whole format of the legal exam, and the fact that you get 2 options for each extended response does not allow for the better students to cement greater marks than the students that are smart but have not put in the work.
