Curiousity on UAI cut-offs in BArch (1 Viewer)

Hey all ^^,

I am currently doing my year of HSC...
but I am not a smarty pants and doubtful to achieve the required UAI for
BArch in UTS (88.10?)

Just wanna ask you guys who are doing BArch,
did u guys all got in above the cut-offs??
coz I hear ppl saying u can get to BArch with lower UAIs

*friend of mine said her friend got in UNSW for BArch with 80 @ 2007*
does low - mid 80s got a good chance???

i am desperate to get into BArch coz i LOVE buildings

Was just looking through this page and noticed you hadn't got a reply.... firstly im not a BArch student but one of my friends is. He got 88.25 or somehting, so just above the cutoff. However, they may provide a maximum of 5 bonus points, dependent upon relevant HSC subjects and the associated performance bands gained in those subjects. If there are places available that need to be filled then you would stand a reasonable cahnce of getting in with a lower UAI then originally required. Hope that helps.
