Nothing melts in my mouth like dark chocolate. YUM family blocks of dark cooking chocolate (drools like Homer)

If I had a choice on my deathbed between a great feast of dark chocolate and
seeing my family one last time, there wouldn't even be a question about it!

I used to quite dislike dark chocolate, but I just began to have a little bit everytime my parents bought it and it just grew on me. I like adding a square of Lindt Excellence 85% Dark chocolate to hot chocolate. Not to mention there are nutritional benefits of moving from milk to dark chocolate.

My preference:

1. Dark Chocolate (Old Gold, and Whittaker's Ghana)
2. Milk Chocolate (Cadbury Crunchie, Caramello)

Dark takes a bit of getting used to, when you find a kind that you really really like you might appreciate it more?

I like the way the flavour changes and leaves an aftertaste much nicer then cheaper milk chocolate.

dark is great but you can't eat too much of it at one time. which i guess is better for you. I can only eat a couple of pieces each time whereas I could eat half a block of milk chocolate in one go.
