It's not that stupid of an idea, or you could just find the one playing trivia with a couple of others with the electric blue hair in the form of giant spikes or a tri-hawk :D

Congrats on making it.

Just making a point on notifying you that the Duckpond Lawn party is a must turn upto event, and that Unibar Trivia is at 12:30pm and 3:30pm every Tuesday where you win free drinks, concert tickets, shirts and money.

Hope to see you there.

Uni bar trivia sounds awesome. ^_^

Don't worry, most people will be in the same situation as us. That is being loners. So i guess that is slightly reassuring...

I like you already :D

And it won't take long to find friends, trust me, you usually find friends in first semester which you'll end up being friends with for the rest of uni and probably afterwards.

Yeah, Creative Arts performance is a demanding degree at times, mainly when you have performances/plays/whatever artistic crap/shows to do, and you have to put in many many many hours of rehearsal and practice at uni with your group. But, good luck with all that, im not sure if they hit you with that first year or from 2nd year onwards...

Unibar doesn't usually check ID during session, except sometimes for 18+ Music Gigs on thursday nights. So being under 18 isn't really a big concern.

If anyone sees a 15 year old, do not buy her drinks. She doesn't deserve them. :p

P.S Please call her 12ie.

I'm very honest, in all my time at UOW, I've only ever seen 1 person be carded for ID and that was because they were in a school uniform (one of those school open days).

And if anyone sees me, buy me a drink. Trust me, I deserve it :D

I just thought I'd bump instead of starting a new thread.

Tuesday was the last unibar trivia afternoon. Cost cutting has seen it been axed for the meantime. My friends and myself won it which was always a bonus, and we spent our $20 unishop gift vouchers on $1 instant scratchies. We cleaned out 2 registers of scratchies :D

Really? Thats too bad. You never know, they might bring it back. Or start your own up and have like a cover charge. Or start a trivia club and get funding for that through clubs and society, as VSU doesn't look like coming in for another year so they will have cash. Or go join your local ex servos club im sure they have bingo and trivia and all that crap. The possibilities are endless...
