Hello (oh god, I just wrote "Hellow"...I've been away from school too long...) kids!

Was just wondering, can anyone give me one or two examples of death imagery in Hamlet? My teacher has constantly reiterated that it is in there, but I am having a bit o' trouble finding it.

Cheers!

Hey jazz, well there is actually A LOT of death imagery in Hamlet. In fact the most famous speech in history (to be or not to be) is about Hamlet's struggle with the dilemmas of his life and wondering whether "To die, to sleep-" or not. There are plenty more, in fact almost every reference to death in R&G is an expansion or different take to one voiced in Hamlet. Look carefully and i'm sure you'll find plenty. GOOD LUCK!!!
