Does anyone have one really really good, but simple, definition of 'Powerplay'?
I've been looking but cannot find one yet.

Powerplay involves the complex struggle and manipulation of power and power alliances on both an individual and group level, and the ways in which power can be exerted, including politically, emotionally, psychologically and sexually.

That's a small and simple one. Not too bad.
