Just wondering if anyone can give me some help in regards to what i should do for this semester.

I went into this year planning on transferring but my gpa is 1.85. However i have done the course's subjects. Just wondering what is the best way to go about this leading into the second year?

Thank you in advance Kutay

^ and how nice is the head honcho of the degree you're trying to get into? Waivers do get handed out, but normally if you're only a touch under the GPA required to transfer (normally 2.5 or 3)

If you want help, you really need to help us. Into which degree do you want to transfer? From which degree are you transferring? How was your UAI, you might be able to use that. Etc.

It depends. You need to have passed all of the units. A gpa of 1.85 means that you would have failed something? If you passed all the units you need to transfer they still may not let you transfer because they may want a certain gpa. What you might be able to do is take on a few units this year to up your gpa or redo some of your units (but that wont erase your first marks - it all still adds to the gpa). How many units did you do this year? and what marks did you get for the units you need for the transfer?
Hey my gpa is actually 1.75. I was thinking of changing to BBA which having a look at is 2.5 and 12 credit points :|...........

6 out of 7 of the subjects I took in the first year count towards this degree.

Just wondering can I just choose electives this subject by doing it over the estudent or must I go into uni to do this.

Doing E-Business, however want to transfer to BBA. My UAI was nothing special only 83.05. GPA is 1.75 and the transfering gpa is 2.5 :( What are my options?

I *think* you can enrol in your electives via estudent

although you will definately have to go to uni for the transfer thing. Your gpa is not great (do NOT compare it against your UAI - they have nothing in common) so really your options are to do some major sucking up to the corvenors of the units you need to get into, or repeat some subjects/pick up some new ones and work your butt off to get your gpa up (it may mean staying at uni for another semester or year).

Make careful decisions about what subjects you're going to pick up, and make sure you be a good little uni student and attend all lectures, take notes, do readings, do homework, study hard - everything!!!

I figured it out that i must get 4 D's to get a gpa of 2.5 which i know wont happen, is there still the option of full fee payment using my uai? or if i continue to do electives which are relavent to the course, then by the time i am 21 can transfer to mature age student?
