Blizzard is making Diablo 3 atm. Little is known about it. It'll probably be an MMORPG, though, unfortunately. Also, most of the people who worked on Diablo 2 left to form their own company and make Hellgate: London, so if Diablo 3 is made, it's quality is suspect.

Hellgate:London is essentially the spiritual successor to Diablo 2, the guys @ flagship even said so themselves.

according to the american EB site, the pre-release of sc2 ships on 12/3/08, which i take means the 3rd of december.

Agreed, Hellgate London is fail.
And damn Blizzard for being such a commerically driven organisation, and ignoring the production of the warcraft, starcraft and diablo lines in order to focus on their cash cow WOW.
Disappointed.
