I just eat + drink whatever I feel like. Lol. I'm pretty sure most people do that?

Does sport make you smart? =PEat, eat, eat dammit... don't starve yourself (it never works and plus I hate feeling hungry)

Depends.. I generally feel better and can concentrate more on study and there "has" been evidence it does, but then again you wouldn't want to gain weight during the HSC right? (Starving yourself is definitely a bad idea)Does sport make you smart? =P

1. Clean Room
2. Set up bed, with bed sheet, blankets, etc..
3. Get a good pillow, (Soft, decent size (Medium?))
4. Turn off lights.
5. Lift the blanket and place yourself between on top of the matress, covered with a bed sheet, and place blancket on yourself, so your face is not covered.
6. Sleep
7. Experiment on the amount of sleep you need (starting from 4 hours, going up 1 hour after each exam) and the results you obtain.
8. Do not change to following: Bed, Blanket, Pillow Size, Room.
9. Experiment until desired results are obtained.
10. Repeat after you have found your key sleeping time.
