And also, what's the difference between an indirect and direct user?

Cant get a solid answer anywhere, so if anyone knows it'd be great help considering the exam is tomorrow lel.

This is from memory from like 3 years ago, so don't quote me but: participants are people who are involved in the system (contributing some inputs and receiving some outputs) but do not change it in any way, whereas users actively engage with the system (i.e Vodafone's system manager is a user while their customers are participants).

Your textbook should have very clear definitions of this (think prelim). Or Sammy Davies.
