No i didn't attend the information day as it coincided with an English excursion that i was not allowed to miss otherwise my teacher would have killed me

Hmm just sit tight. David said in the two emails i got that sometime board of studies gets our emails wrong and sends them to him. I'm sure if he doesn't get a reply from you soon he'll know you didn't get the email and will probably call you.
Either way you will get the information, so don't worry too much
