Do bonus points work on Fixed ATARs? (1 Viewer)

I'm hoping for a 90+ ATAR so I can go to USyd. Their ATAR cutoffs are Fixed, unlike UNSW. If I get bonus points, does it work on the Fixed ATARs at USyd?

I go to Usyd and as far as I can remember they barely give bonus marks. You'd have to get it through some form of scholarship.
