Cooley's "looking glass self",

Freud's Id, Ego and Superego

Maslow's Pyramid of Human Needs,

Piaget's stages of intellectual development, moral realism and independence,

Kohlberg's six stages of moral reasoning,

Erikson's Eight Stages of Man,

and the Intercultural Communication topic?

___

or do I only really need to know:

- Concepts/Methodologies

- Equality and Difference

- Popular Culture

No we don't need to know all the preliminary topics... just the two depth studies and concepts/methodologies and the continuity and change in a particular country. good luck!

They will not be directly examined, but if you can incorparate them into you're responses, it makes you look like you really know what you're talking about. so these things are good to just casually slip into your extended reponses where relevant for like a sentence.

Study the relevant concepts then apply them to your focus studies, figure out how they interact andaffect each other in regard to certain issues.

For the 1st part of your paper, go back to the basic year 11 stuff, just memorise concepts and how they interact as well as methodolgies, a theory of social change and future forcasting method eg: probable, possible, prefferable

ahhhh why did my teacher give me a gigantic (interesting) handout on status of women in Japan. It doesn't make sense, i'm doing government structure (of Japan) for continuity and change, and the Australian Aborigines for E&D.

I guess your teacher probably wanted to give you the option of discussing either in the exam...?
