Do you want them to scale well? Literally the only question that matters. But if you're looking for something more technical, order from highest to lowest is as such;
Eng Adv > Bio > Legal > SaC >SoR

I think they do (except perhaps SoR) - but even if they "scaled well" the only way to make them behave as such is to do as best you can in them.

Apart from adv eng and bio, i think ur subjects are on the low end of scaling

SOR has a cut off in which it scales crazy if you get that for 2 unit I believe it is around 91 if you get below that it scales quite poorly.
