I think that they would, since responses within a full-mark paper may be considered atypical (in the sense that they are of perfect quality) which, according to NESA, warrants the involvement of a senior marker and a supervisor of marking, who will allocate marks.

scoring 100 as your HSC mark is less common than getting 100 in externals alone, since it requires acing both internals and externals. like im pretty sure the state rankers for maths advanced (for instance) every year get raw 100 in the HSC

last yr there were 14 people who got 1st lmao. I clearly remember watching the first in course presentation where they just repeatedly said maths standard 2 for like 2 mins straight lmfao.
