wow I was just at Hungry Jacks today buying a burger and I was talking to my friend who works there when the manager came up to me and said 'hey whats your name?', 'riley', 'would you like a job here?' !! so he gave me the job application and i filled it out and handed it back!

How? He gave me the job application with all my details to fill out. A manager of a shop wouldn't just do that as a joke to some random customer

but it's hungry jacks....a lowly fast food restaurant?

anyway he would've been desperate for staff, seeing as the turnover rate is so high

turnover at those stores is massive. i guess the manager thought that you might me more likely to work there if you had a mate there. but if you want to give it a go, we're by no means discouraging you.
