My school is ranked 414th last year. If i do my hsc is it possible for me to get uai over 95? Would my uai move down because of everyone else?

Would the teachers also play a part in everyone's uai's? Their teaching skills? I am thinking of moving to a higher ranked school. Or sefton? in year 11 and 12 because they combine their classes ( at least thats what i heard)

Bad school means bad grammar.
you have decent taste in music, son.

anyway loads of people have come out of comprehensive public schools with uais of over 95, maintain a good rank and rip your externals and you don't really have anything to worry about.

its all up to you. if you do well then you will get a good UAI. other's performance will not affect you in any major way, and if you are ranked 1st at school they will not affect you. that's the technical explanation.

but there may be other factors, such as shit teachers, no support from peers, etc, etc, I'll leave it up to the socialogican's or whatever they are called to discuss this aspect.

depends what you mean by ranked. there are different methods of ranking. two newpapers publish the list each year.. but i think you can get a copy in the HSC marks technical arena forum.
