As title is asking, does it apply to all degrees including the ones that the 'HSC plus' usually doesn't apply for? e.g. LLB & Medicine?

I've gotten +1 point through EAPL and I am applying for Com / Law so I'm interested as it doesn't explicitly say this anywhere online.

Also presumably it definitely applies for EAS? Just not sure of EAPL100%

No, not all UNSW degrees are eligible for the EAPL program. In this respect, UNSW states the following:

"EAPL adjustment factors are not available for admission to the Bachelor of Medical Studies/Doctor of Medicine, Combined Law or any Co-op scholarship degrees."

In your case, you cannot have the one point that you have received through the EAPL program applied to your selection rank when UNSW assesses your application for the Bachelor of Commerce/Bachelor of Laws, because this double degree is one of the Combined Law degrees. However, the point would be added to your selection rank if you were only applying for a Bachelor of Commerce or any other single degree or double degree that is not one of those listed above.

I hope this helps! :D

Is there a statement like this for EAS?
For medicine, yes. UNSW states the following in response to the question "Do you accept UAC EAS points for Year 12 applicants?":

"Yes, we consider UAC EAS points for admission to the medicine program."

While I could not find such information for law, I would assume the same applies. Of course, you could contact UNSW for confirmation.
