I was told that if you brush your teeth with salt once a week it helps to whitenin them and also helps prevent you getting ulcers is this true??

Yeah it's true, but you need to mix it with something such as water. Then rinse your mouth with warm water afterwards.
Or that's what i've been told but i personally don't do it
