I heard of some people already getting their group performance marks and individual marks back?

They're talking shit. You don't get your group or individual marks back. They are included as a part of your final mark, you never see the separate breakdown.

Even if they were nominated for OnStage, it doesn't necessarily mean full marks were attained.

It requires full marks in the performance (or in rare exceptions, near full) to be nominated for Onstage. If they were nominated, it meant they achieved those marks in that section.
