Can someone please explain to me, who gets these and why.
Like, can anyone explain to me the conditions needed to recieve an early offer??
Becasue i know some of my friends have recieved offers into their course...

First preference eligible candidates get them, if you mean Preliminary Round Offers...

Courses such as the one I'm doing - BAcc at UTS, which is a co-operative scholarship program involving application forms, interviews, etc in addition to your UAI will give early offers.

I had an early offer from UWS on Wednesday... I think it was part of their 'Triple Advantage' program... People who lived in the UWS area (or something like that) would play as one advantage and if UWS was in the first three preferences that would play as another advantage to get into the nominated course...
