You could do it the long way, let f(x) = (x-3)/(x+3)
Better way is
ln(x-3)-ln(x+3)
d/dx= 1/(x-3) - 1/(x+3)

i was trying the long way and i wasnt getting it coz i was using product instead of quotient rule
